Shipping within Germany

Deliveries within Germany (excluding islands): The minimum order value is €100.00. Our system calculates how many parcels will be used for your order based on the volume. The number of parcels will be shown to you at checkout. We charge €4.99 per parcel. Shipping is carried out via DHL standard delivery with an approximate delivery time of 2 to 4 working days.

Our frozen fresh menus from FIDELIS and BARF products from La FINCA are shipped free of charge via DHL Express. The delivery time is approx. 1 to 2 working days.

The surcharge for delivery to islands (Norderney, Borkum, Sylt, etc.) is €10 per order for DHL Express shipments.

Delivery times within Germany

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer and provided the item is in stock, delivery of goods within Germany (excluding islands) usually takes place within 2–4 working days (standard shipping) and 1–2 working days (express shipping) after receipt of the order (in the case of advance payment, after the time the payment is received in our account).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Shipping to Switzerland (Non-EU)

The minimum order value is €100.00. Our system calculates how many parcels will be used for your order based on the volume. The number of parcels will be shown to you at checkout. We charge €24.90 per parcel.

Shipping is carried out via DHL Express Economy Select with an approximate delivery time of 2 to 4 working days.
Our frozen fresh menus from FIDELIS and BARF products from La FINCA are shipped free of charge via DHL Express. The delivery time is 3 working days.

SANADOG covers the customs clearance fees; however, if the customs exemption limit is exceeded, customs duties and import VAT are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our frozen fresh menus from FIDELIS and BARF products from La FINCA are shipped free of charge via DHL Express. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

Shipping to other countries (Non-EU)

Norway, Liechtenstein, Serbia

The minimum order value is €100.00. Our system calculates how many parcels will be used for your order based on the volume. The number of parcels will be shown to you at checkout. We charge €29.90 per parcel.

Shipping is carried out via DHL Express Economy Select with an approximate delivery time of 4 to 6 working days.

SANADOG covers the customs clearance fees; however, if the customs exemption limit is exceeded, customs duties and import VAT are the responsibility of the recipient.

For inquiries from a country not listed here, please contact us by email at info@sanadog.com. We will be happy to check individually whether shipping to your country is possible and at what cost.

Shipping service provider

We ship all orders exclusively with our shipping service providers DHL and DHL Express. After the goods have left our warehouse, DHL or DHL Express will automatically send a tracking number to the email address provided. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment with the parcel service.

Special conditions for orders containing frozen goods

To ensure that the shipping packaging for our frozen FIDELIS fresh menus and La FINCA BARF products is used optimally, these products are shipped exclusively in units of 48 items per order. These quantity increments include 48, 96, 144, etc. This ensures that the shipping boxes are filled efficiently and that your order arrives in the best possible condition. FIDELIS fresh menus and La FINCA BARF products are shipped free of charge via DHL Express.

Refusal of acceptance is generally non-refundable and does not entitle the customer to return the goods or reclaim the purchase price. We comply with the obligations of the Packaging Ordinance. A responsible waste disposal company has been commissioned by us for this purpose.
