Our gently air-dried beef menu is a hearty menu made from 80% beef and offal, combined with fresh vegetables and tasty fruit. Supplemented with valuable, natural minerals and valuable salmon oil.
Our air-dried menus are an alternative for on the go and for all those who do not have refrigeration facilities. We use the same healthy and market-fresh ingredients for our dry menus as for our fresh menus.
For our air-dried beef menu, we only use fresh ingredients from food production in our in-house manufactory. High-quality beef, beef hearts and beef liver form the basis of this menu. Supplemented with crunchy sweet potatoes, healthy carrots, young peas, fresh apples, rich broccoli and blueberries, as well as salmon oil, rose hips, algae lime, seaweed meal and brewer's yeast, the result is an air-dried menu full of valuable nutrients, vitamins and minerals directly from the original ingredients.

Supplementary feed for dogs.
Your dog will thank you for a healthy and varied diet with a strengthened immune system, a shiny coat, fewer digestive problems, improved well-being and greater vitality. The vitamin B12 and iron contained in beef are valuable for the transportation of oxygen and blood formation.
You can find more interesting details about the individual ingredients used and their positive properties under the "What's in it and why?" tab.
A more detailed explanation of our special air-drying process and how it differs from the production of conventional dry food can be found under the tab "Why air-dried?"
Beef (57%)
Beef contains plenty of biotin, which has a positive effect on the metabolism and is good for your dog's coat and skin. Beef also contains niacin, which plays a crucial role in energy supply, skin regeneration and nerve health. The meat also contains vitamin B12 and iron, which are essential for the transportation of oxygen and blood formation.
Beef heart (20%)
Beef heart consists mainly of muscle. Due to its high protein content, beef heart is suitable for all dogs, including pregnant bitches, puppies and senior dogs. The fat it contains serves as a flavor carrier, energy source and supports the absorption of important vitamins. It also provides high-quality biotin and potassium.
Beef liver (3%)
Beef liver contains large amounts of vitamins A, B1, B2, B12, C and D, as well as iron. Liver is relatively low in fat and high in protein and is therefore generally well tolerated.
Sweet potatoes (5%)
According to the American non-profit organization Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI), sweet potatoes are considered to be the healthiest vegetable of all. The greatest benefits of sweet potatoes are their high content of phytochemicals, which protect against free radicals. They are a source of minerals and vitamins and contain lots of high-quality fiber.
Carrots (4%)
In addition to providing energy, fiber and few calories, carrots are healthy because they are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. Vitamin A and biotin in particular are worth mentioning here. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the body.
Apple (3.5%)
Apples are suitable for a healthy diet because they contain many vitamins, minerals and trace elements such as potassium, calcium, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E, folic acid, pectins and polyphenols.
Peas (2%)
Peas contain many vitamins. In addition to beta-carotene, peas are particularly rich in B vitamins and also contain vitamin C. Peas also score highly in terms of minerals: Magnesium, iron, calcium and zinc make them a particularly healthy vegetable side dish.
Broccoli (2%)
Broccoli contains some vitamins in particularly high concentrations: vitamin C, vitamin K and beta-carotene. Broccoli is also much better than many other vegetables when it comes to minerals. For example, broccoli provides significant amounts of calcium, iron and copper.
Salmon oil (1.9%)
Salmon oil is an important source of fatty acids, in particular omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. The addition of salmon oil can have a number of important effects that will ensure a long and healthy life for your furry friend, e.g. a better coat or faster healing of skin diseases.
Rosehip (0.5%)
In addition to vitamin C, rosehips also contain numerous other ingredients that have a positive effect on health. These include: Fruit acids, essential oils, pectins, tannins, silicic acid, the antioxidants lycopene and flavonoids, the vitamins provitamin A, vitamin B1 and B2 as well as vitamin E, the minerals zinc, copper, sodium, phosphorus, iron, calcium and magnesium.
Algae lime (0.5%)
Algae lime consists of deposits of red algae. It contains mainly calcium carbonate, as well as magnesium carbonate and trace elements (boron, iodine, silicic acid) and thus prevents a deficiency of minerals and trace elements. The high calcium content supports the stability of bones and teeth and compensates for the excess phosphorus in meat feed, which can otherwise lead to kidney problems.
Blueberries (0.2%)
Blueberries are rich in vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants. They also have less fructose than other fruit and are therefore also suitable for dogs with diabetes. They are full of vitamins C, A, B and E and contain a high proportion of minerals such as calcium, potassium and phosphorus.
Brewer's yeast (0.2%)
Brewer's yeast contains lots of vitamins and minerals and is also a good source of protein. It also stimulates the metabolism and helps to keep blood sugar levels constant.
Seaweed meal (0.1%)
Seaweed meal contains many minerals such as zinc and carotenoids which support the skin metabolism and the pigmentation of the coat, nose and paw pads. The amino acid lysine optimizes feed conversion; cellulose and mannitol support digestion.
Is it all in there?
As a specialist in healthy dog food, vet Anita Kröger's ideas and experience make a valuable contribution to the FIDELIS recipes and range. Anita Kröger and her team at the Center for Dog Health are enthusiastic about FIDELIS and recommend the products. In the following video, she explains what the term "complete food" is all about and whether it really is possible to optimally cover your dog's daily requirements with just one complete food.
In contrast to conventional dry foods, which are mass-produced almost exclusively from low-quality ingredients such as animal meal and vegetable by-products and extruded at high temperatures, our dry menus are gently air-dried in our factory. Our air-drying technology is a modern interpretation of centuries-old meat preservation techniques.
Thanks to our gentle production process and the use of only fresh meat, offal, vegetables, fruit and oils, vital nutrients that are contained directly in the original ingredients are retained, so that we can dispense with artificial vitamins.
No high temperatures, no animal meal, no vegetable by-products, no fillers, no artificial vitamin supplements, no extrusion, no sterilized cans.
The result: a healthy dry food with all the nutrients from the fresh original ingredients that tastes as good as it looks and smells.
100% natural and 0% artificial additives. Developed with vets and made with love.
Fidelis air-dried dog food has been developed to combine the best of raw and fresh nutrition with the safe convenience of dry food. An alternative to our fresh menus, for on the go and for those without refrigeration.
Simply portion and serve!
Feeding recommendation
Young dog up to 8 months: approx. 3-4 %
Dog up to 15 kg: approx. 1 - 1.5 %
Dog over 15 kg: approx. 1 - 1.5 %
The % refers to the body weight of your dog. Example: A dog with a weight of 20 kg and a recommended daily ration of 1% requires 200 g of food per day.
The following values are guide values for the amount of food for normally active, non-neutered healthy dogs. However, individual requirements may vary by up to 50% from the calculated values due to age, breed or activity. These are only starting points for estimating the daily amount of food.
Change of food
Fidelis recommends an immediate change of food. Skip one meal (preferably in the evening) and start directly with our food at the next meal. Feed a single variety for the first 7 days so that the dog's stomach can get used to the food. After two weeks, we recommend alternating between different flavors.
Preparation
Open the bag, pour the desired amount of food into the bowl and that's it!
It is not necessary to soak the food
Of course, your dog should always have plenty of fresh water available.
Storage
Store the food away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Opened bags can be easily resealed thanks to the pressure seal and will keep for several weeks.
When are the FIDELIS dry menus sufficient?
We deliberately do not add any artificial vitamins to the food. These are often overdosed, often cause allergies and are poorly bioavailable. With us, the nutrients come from the original ingredients. You don't need to add anything if you have a normal, healthy dog. However, it is important that you alternate between all the menus. In principle, just like with us humans: We eat something different every day and then have all the nutrients we need over time. Our vet Anita Kröger has made a video about this, which you can watch here here. There is also a detailed video by Christian on this topic. You can find the video here.
If you are unable to feed your dog alternating menus, e.g. due to allergies, we also offer appropriate supplements. We have summarized this in the following table:
| Dry menus for adult dogs | ||
|---|---|---|
| fed alternately | plus FIDELIS dry menu oil | to cover requirements |
| only one or a few varieties fed | plus FIDELIS Vitamin and Mineral Booster | to cover requirements |
| Dry menus for puppies | ||
| fed alternately | plus FIDELIS dry menu oil and FIDELIS puppy supplement | to cover needs |
| only one or a few varieties fed | plus FIDELIS Puppy Supplement and FIDELIS Vitamin and Mineral Booster | to cover requirements |
| Dry menus for seniors | ||
| fed alternately | plus FIDELIS dry menu oil and FIDELIS senior supplement | to cover needs |
| only one or a few varieties fed | plus FIDELIS Senior Supplement and FIDELIS Vitamin and Mineral Booster | to cover requirements |
However, every animal's nutritional requirements are different and depend on exercise, metabolism and other living conditions. It is of course impossible to standardize a dog's individual and exact requirements. Fresh natural ingredients, processed as little as possible and fed alternately are the key to a healthy diet, for dogs as well as for humans.
