Seaweed meal is a natural product obtained from the alga "Ascophyllum nodosum." Seaweed meal is characterized by a high content of valuable amino acids (protein building blocks), vitamins, and minerals. Seaweed meal naturally contains a high iodine content, which is essential for optimal thyroid function.
Seaweed meal contains many minerals like zinc and carotenoids that support skin metabolism and the pigmentation of fur, nose mirrors, and paw pads. The amino acid lysine optimizes nutrient utilization. The immune system is strengthened by the high content of vitamins (e.g., Vitamin C), promoting condition, performance, and well-being.

Crude Ash - 19.7%
Average Iodine Content approx. 500 mg per kg.
Feeding Recommendation
½ teaspoon per 10 kg body weight (max. 3 teaspoons).
Iodine Requirement Table:
Adult dogs: 0.03 g/kg body weight
Growing dogs, lactating bitches, dogs with increased muscle activity: 0.05 g/kg body weight.
The iodine requirement can vary regionally, individually, breed-dependent, gender-dependent, and depending on the activity of the animal.
Storage Instructions
Store cool, protected from light, closed, and dry, always use a clean, dry spoon for taking out.
