Horse Meat (31%)
Horse meat is a high-quality protein source for dogs, rich in essential amino acids that contribute to muscle development and maintaining a healthy immune system. Additionally, it contains iron and B vitamins, promotes skin health and shiny fur, and is particularly suitable for dogs with food intolerances to traditional meat varieties.
Organ Meat (27%)
Organ meats are a nutrient-rich supplement for dog feeding, being an excellent source of vitamins such as B12, iron, and other essential minerals that can contribute to health promotion, energy production, and optimal nutrient absorption. Their use can increase diversity in nutrition while offering a tasty option for dogs.
Ground Horse Bones (10%)
Ground horse bones are an excellent source of calcium and phosphorus, essential minerals that contribute to maintaining healthy bones and teeth in dogs. Their fine texture allows for easy processing in dog feeding while also supporting dental care through natural chewing movements.
Parsnip (8.5%)
Parsnip contains high-quality fiber and vitamins. Its nutrients regulate digestion and can have a positive impact on the immune system. Additionally, parsnip contains high-quality carbohydrates and protein, making it particularly suitable for allergic dogs.
Rutabaga (8%)
Rutabagas are a fiber-rich supplement for dog feeding that promotes digestion and serves as a source of vitamin C, potassium, and antioxidants, contributing to strengthening the immune system and promoting healthy skin. Due to their low calorie content, rutabagas also work well as part of a balanced diet for weight management in dogs.
Quinoa (4.5%)
Quinoa is an excellent supplement for dog feeding as it provides a gluten-free source of high-quality plant-based protein, fiber, and essential nutrients such as iron and magnesium, contributing to a healthy digestion and muscle development. This versatile grain alternative can also be a nutritious option for dogs with grain intolerances.
Cranberries (4%)
Cranberries are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, making them an excellent supplement for dog feeding to strengthen the immune system and promote cell health. Additionally, the anti-inflammatory properties of cranberries can support urinary tract health, contributing positively to the overall health of dogs.
Apple (3%)
Apples are suitable for a healthy diet as they contain many vitamins, minerals, and trace elements such as potassium, calcium, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E, folic acid, pectin, and polyphenols.
Rapeseed Oil (1.5%)
Rapeseed oil has the highest proportion of monounsaturated fatty acids and is great as a supplement in dog food. Additionally, rapeseed oil promotes the healing process in inflammations.
Rosehip (1%)
Besides vitamin C, rosehips contain numerous other ingredients that have a positive effect on health. These include fruit acids, essential oils, pectins, tannins, silicic acid, the antioxidants lycopene and flavonoids, vitamins provitamin A, vitamin B1 and B2 as well as vitamin E, and the minerals zinc, copper, sodium, phosphorus, iron, calcium, and magnesium.
Cod Liver Oil (0.8%)
Cod liver oil is particularly valuable for dogs as it is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids such as EPA and DHA. These fatty acids support skin health, contribute to maintaining a shiny coat, and can have anti-inflammatory effects on the joints, which is especially important for older dogs.
Algae Lime (0.5%)
Algae lime consists of deposits from red algae. It mainly contains calcium carbonate, as well as magnesium carbonate and trace elements (boron, iodine, silicic acid), thus preventing deficiencies in minerals and trace elements. The high calcium content supports the stability of bones and teeth and balances the excess phosphorus from meat feeding, which otherwise could lead to kidney problems.
Seaweed Meal (0.2%)
Seaweed meal contains many minerals such as zinc and carotenoids that support skin metabolism, pigmentation of fur, nose, and paw pads. The amino acid lysine optimizes feed utilization; cellulose and mannitol support digestion.
